The Concrete Waves Invitational is a celebration of athleticism, skill, and creative expression on eight wheels. This event is set to become the most prominent quad skate competition in Australia. With the participation of elite-level skaters from Australia and New Zealand, this event promises to push the level of competitive skating higher than ever, captivating audiences from close and far.
One of the key highlights of the event is the substantial prize purse, ensuring that the competition attracts the best talent. Skaters will battle it out, pushing the boundaries of their abilities to claim their share of the epic prize pool. First place will be awarded a minimum of $1,000.
The event is supported by the City of Lake Macquarie . With their incredible support, we're turning the spotlight on the Croudace Bay Skatepark, a premier skate facility positioned right on the beautiful Lake Macquarie.
This event takes place amongst an epic weekend of events celebrating the inaugural Let's Surf Lake Mac Pro Junior competition at the iconic Redhead Beach. Come for the skating, stay for the surf (and all the other amazing things to do in Lake Macquarie!)
