CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No. Once you place an order, you can't cancel it. Please choose carefully before committing to your purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you order the wrong size and are within Australia, we are happy to exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as your skates are in original and unused condition. Just pay the return shipping to us, and we will replace them. We don’t offer refunds or cancellation under any circumstances.

Unfortunately due to the costs of shipping, exchanges aren't possible on international orders.

I WANT TO ORDER ONLINE, BUT I'M NOT SURE WHAT MY SIZE IS?
You can check out the size chart on the product pages and here. We recommend tracing around your largest foot on a piece of paper while wearing a sock, then measuring from the heel to the tip of the biggest toe with a ruler. You don't need to size up for width as the toe box is quite spacious. Our sizing is about 1.5-2 sizes down from standard US women's sizing, and about equivalent to standard US men's sizing.
If you order the wrong size and are within Australia, we are happy to exchange within 30 days as long as your skates are in original and unused condition. Just pay the return shipping to us, and we will replace them as long as your preferred size is in stock. If it is not in stock, you will receive store credit for when new stock arrives.
Due to the high costs of shipping and international shipping times, there are no refunds or exchanges on international orders, so please choose carefully.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?
If you have a manufacturing defect with your skates or parts, we will replace them within 6 months of purchase. Read our Extended Warranty for all the information.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE? WHO ARE YOUR STOCKISTS?
No, we don’t have a physical store.
You can buy from us online through this website or through one of our stockists.

WHERE IS CHUFFED SKATES BASED?
Our headquarters are based on Awabakal Country in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.
WHERE ARE YOUR SKATES MADE?
Our skates are made in China and Cambodia. The factories we work with are ethical and child labour free. Manufacturing overseas allows us to deliver a high quality and affordable skate, while also giving back to roller skating, and the wider community. While we would love to make skates in Australia, there are no roller skating manufacturers currently based in Australia, and we haven't yet found an affordable way to do this.
DO YOU RECOMMEND YOUR SKATES FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! Our skates are perfect for beginners. They are affordable, but high quality, and are built to last much longer than a lot of the cheaper skates on the market. Skaters at any level can use these skates.
ARE THE SKATES MADE FOR SKATING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
Both! Most of our skates come with a 82a wheel (unless specified otherwise) so they can be comfortably worn inside and outside and are made from suede for maximum durability. If you're used to skating in the skatepark you might like to switch to a harder wheel (something like a 90a+).
ARE YOUR SKATES COMFORTABLE?
Yes! We have worked hard to design a supportive yet comfortable skate. One skater told us that the padded lining is like stepping into a cloud. While we have no evidence of what that would actually feel like, we do agree that they're super comfy.
DO YOU HAVE A VEGAN SKATE?
Yes we do. Check out our Vegan Wanderers made from microfibre faux suede, and our Cruiser Skates made from PU Vinyl.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! Shipping will be calculated for you at checkout. If you live in a country we don't currently ship to and would like to buy our skates, contact us and we will let you know if this is possible.
SHOULD I GET SLIDE BLOCKS ON MY SKATES?
If you plan to skate in the skatepark, you might like to add blocks to your skates. They are a great accessory to help you drop in, stall and slide more easily. If you add Brunny Blocks to your order, we will fit them to your skates before we ship them, so they will come ready to skate right out of the box.
WHAT IS THE CHUFFED CREW COLLECTION?
The Crew Collection is a series of roller skates inspired by our crew skaters. Each crew member will have input into the colour and design of their skate so that it will be a reflection of their unique personality and style. A royalty from each pair of Crew Collection skates sold will go to the skater, and a portion of sales will also go to a not-for-profit organisation of the skater’s choice.
